Here's how you, our client, access your information:
1. Click on the  icon on the bottom right of your home page
2. Unless we have told you differently, the email address to use here is Webteam@"your website.XXX" This information will be in your "Welcome" packet along with your password. This in NOT your regular email address or password, it is one that we can use to access this information, too, to help you.
3. Click on View Reports on this screen:
4. View Reports brings up this visitors page - shows the number of people who visited the site in a time frame that you determine (1week, 1month, 1year, etc) and a quick look at how they got there.
5. Keywords show what words visitors are using to find your site.
6. Traffic sources shows how many people came to your website by
Direct hit (actually typed in your website address),
Referring source (another website other than a search engine
Search engines every specific search engine is noted)
